Welcome to Bespoke Furniture. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.
1. General Terms
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
1.2 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and account registration.
1.3 Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1 Order Confirmation: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2.2 Payment Policy:
- For in-stock orders: Full payment is required in advance.
- For custom orders: A 50% deposit is required to begin production, 25% after one month, and the remaining 25% before delivery.
2.3 Visa Payment: We accept Visa for all transactions.
2.4 Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
3. Customization and Products
3.1 Customization: We offer limited customizations within our design scope, such as selecting finishes, veneer colors, and sizes.
3.2 Fabrics and Pricing: Prices do not include fabric costs.
3.3 Product Availability: In-stock items are available for immediate delivery. Custom orders require 60 to 90 days for production.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver within Egypt and offer international shipping to select locations. Additional fees may apply for international orders.
4.2 Free Delivery: Orders over 20,000 EGP qualify for free delivery within Egypt.
4.3 Shipping Timelines: Delivery times vary based on stock availability and customization requirements.
4.4 Inspection: Customers are required to inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Accessories: Refundable within one week if unused and in original packaging.
5.2 Furniture: Non-refundable as all furniture is custom-made.
5.3 Damaged Items: Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
